Happimami always want to provide the best online shopping experience to all mummies. Therefore, we have 7 days return policy. If you find any problem on your product, please contact us immediately via Facebook/ Whatsapp within 7 days, we will provide prompt follow-up accordingly.
You can apply return on below circumstance:
Damage on the product
Actual product and picture description are different (detail and reasonable to explain the different)
Size different (e.g ordered S size, received M size
Wrong product sent
For the above point 1-4, customer needs to contact us and send us photo of the product before returning.
We only provide exchange arrangement on each order for one-time.
All return products needs to be stay original. Not being worn/ used, tag hasn’t removed and hasn’t been washed. Everything stay the same.
Return within 7 days, means return product needs to be sent back within 7 days of arrival.
We will arrange products exchange once customer contacts us, exchange product(s) has/have to be confirmed and extra amount (if any) has to be paid within the 7-day.
We only accept the same product and the same colour exchange and return. If exchange products is out of stock, we will will not have refund arrangement. Customer has to pick up other products at our website with the same price or above. If the value of the product is lower than the original price, we will not have refund arrangement.
Clearance items/ Discounted items/ Surprise sales items/ Underwear are not allowed for exchange in any reason.
Both ways postal fee:
For the above point 1-4, , Happimami will bear both ways postal fee. Product(s) will be posted via Hong Kong standard post. If customer wants to use other delivery methods, customer has to bear the extra costs.
For size exchange case, customer has to bear both ways postal fee.
