1. Do I need to register before purchase?
No register is needed, but we highly recommend you to register, as it can speed up the check up process and use member privilege or coupon.>> Member Privilege
2. Can you explain the shopping process?
1.Pick your wished product with the correct size and colour, then add to shopping cart
2.You may continue to shop. Once the shopping is done, you may register as member and check out
3.Choose your payment method and make the payment. It is not necessary to have Paypal account to process checkout.
4.You will receive confirmation email once payment is done (You will receive order# as confirmation!)
3. What’s the shipping method and fee?
HK Customer: We will send out the parcel by SF Express, free delivery of SF pickup service at SF Centers/ SF Stores/ SF Locker or delivery to residential/ commercial address will be offered for purchase over HK$350. If the order includes Japan/ Korea imported products and over HK$350, Free Delivery can only allow SF Locker and SF station (Not valid for home/ commercial addresses). Macau Customer: We will use SF express for delivery. Free delivery for purchase over HK$500.
Taiwan Customer: We will use SF Express for delivery . Customers need to bear the whole delivery costs and custom tax.
Overseas Customer: We will use DHL/UPS/EMS/HKPOST for delivery

4. How to pay?
Paypal/ Credit card (All over the world):
We accept VISA , Master, American Express , Union Pay, Paypal,all pay thur Paypal Inc. We guarantee the process save and fast, and we will not record any of your information.
Bank Transfer (Only for Hong Kong & Macau):
You can use bank transfer. You only need to choose this option when you process the checkout. Please settle the bill and submit the payment slips to us within 3 working days.
Method to submit Bank payment slips:
Once transfer is made, you may send the bank slip to us via your registered account at our website/ Whatsapp/ Facebook Inbox.
5. When can I receive the parcel?
We will keep the order for 3 business day. If payment can’t make within 3 business, we will cancel the order automatically. If you know you can’t make the payment within the mentioned period, please contact us for further needs.
📍 Stock Items:
✅Estimated to be shipped within 3-5 days from the payment date
✅Items with "Stock" in the title are in stock items. If “#Restocking” is marked in the product, it will arrive according to the specified date.
📍 Pre-order items:
✅Estimated to be sent within 7-14 days from the payment date (but some products have a longer delivery time)
✅If the pre-order item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately.
✅For urgent order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will let you know the earliest delivery time. In such case, you may be charged for the urgent arrangement (customers can make decision after enquiry.)
🌟 If there are both pre-order and in-stock items in one order, and the customer wants to receive the in-stock items first, they are required to split the order and send it. Each time the amount sent is over $350, the delivery fee will be waived, and if the amount is less than $350, customers need to bear the delivery fee.
🌟 After the order is paid, if the customer needs to add other items or send it together with other orders, please notify customer service as soon as possible. The storage time is up to 30 days, that is, shipment must be arranged within 30 days after the first payment except some of the items are delayed. If the customer has a new order or additional orders after 30 days apart from the first order, the free shipping amount must be recalculated based on the new order.
